1. Acceptance of Terms

The Platform is a leading multilingual lifestyle service platform in the UAE, providing classified information publishing, community communication, and other services. By using this Platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use this Platform. The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and the modified agreement will take effect immediately after being published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the modified agreement.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration Requirements - Users must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their country/region - Users must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information - Each user may only register one account 2.2 Account Security - Users are responsible for safeguarding their account passwords - Users are responsible for all activities under their accounts - If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact customer service immediately 2.3 Account Termination The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in the following circumstances: - Violation of this Agreement - Providing false information - Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities - Prolonged inactivity

3. User Conduct

Users must comply with the following standards when using the Platform: 3.1 Prohibited Activities - Publishing false, misleading, or fraudulent information - Publishing content that violates UAE laws and regulations - Publishing pornographic, violent, or discriminatory content - Infringing on others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and other legitimate rights - Publishing spam or malicious marketing content - Using automated tools to bulk publish information - Interfering with or disrupting normal platform operations - Impersonating others or false advertising 3.2 Content Publishing - Users are responsible for all content they publish - The Platform has the right to review, edit, or delete any content - Published information must be true, accurate, and legal

4. Points and Paid Services

4.1 Points System - Users can earn points through check-ins, inviting friends, and other activities - Points can be used for publishing information, featured promotions, and other services - Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash - The Platform reserves the right to adjust points rules 4.2 Paid Services - Some premium features require payment - Unconditional refunds are not supported after payment - Prices may be adjusted at any time; services purchased before adjustments are not affected 4.3 Refund Policy - Users may apply for refunds if services are unavailable due to platform issues - No refunds for accounts banned due to user violations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Rights - The Platform's name, trademarks, logos, software, designs, etc., are owned by the Platform - Any form of copying, modification, or distribution without authorization is prohibited 5.2 User Content - Users retain intellectual property rights to their published content - Users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content - Users warrant that their published content does not infringe third-party rights

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Information Accuracy - The Platform is not responsible for the authenticity or accuracy of user-published information - Users must verify transaction information independently and trade cautiously 6.2 Transaction Risks - The Platform only provides an information publishing platform and does not participate in transactions between users - Transaction disputes are to be resolved by the parties involved - Users are advised to use secure transaction methods 6.3 Service Interruption - The Platform is not liable for service interruptions due to system maintenance, network failures, etc. - The Platform will make every effort to ensure service stability and continuity

7. Privacy Protection

For protection of users' personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. The Platform commits to: - Using security technologies to protect user data - Not selling users' personal information to third parties - Complying with data protection regulations in the UAE and relevant regions

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Applicable Law The interpretation and execution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 8.2 Dispute Handling - In case of disputes, both parties should first attempt to resolve them through friendly negotiation - If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the relevant courts in the UAE
